1. Estimates and quotes
Prices shown on this website and generated by the quote builder are estimates. They are not an offer or a binding contract. A final quote, scope of work and timeline are confirmed in writing after a consultation.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). No GST is charged on our services.
2. Projects and payments
Each project is governed by a separate proposal or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, one-time projects require a 50% advance, with the balance due before launch. Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with one month's notice.
3. Third-party costs
Advertising spend, paid plugins, stock media, domain registrations and similar third-party costs are payable by the client in addition to our fees unless included in the quote.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to Imperium Networks. On full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding third-party and open-source components, which remain under their own licences.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false information or impersonate others
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes
6. Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where our office is registered.
